East Austin Residence

For this mid-century remodel, our goal was to add space and increase functionality while navigating rising construction costs throughout our expanding city. Partnering with Architect Joel Nolan, we consulted on the floor plan and layout as well as the cabinetry, finishes, décor, and lighting to maximize and accentuate the existing natural light. By adding a seamlessly connected master suite and converting a garage-to-living space, we successfully transformed this two-bedroom, one-bath into a four-bedroom, three-bath that added both room and value.
